A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to validate the booking. This amount is to be transferred to our bank account. As long as the deposit has not arrived, the guesthouse will remain vacant.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer no later than 8 days before arrival.

A deposit of € 250.00 will be required for all reservations and returned at the end of the stay after inventory.

In case of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and in case of late cancellation, the entire rental price.

Included in the price: taxes, unlimited access to the wellness center, wireless internet connection and supply of firewood.

Not included in the price: cleaning is required and will be charged € 60.00.

All linen is included in the price but will not be exchanged during the stay.

The cottage is non-smoking and we does not accept pets.
